I cannot say enough great things about Jarrod.  I was introduced to Jarrod when I bought a place out on Lake Travis.  We had a crazy scenario where the grinder pump went out the same weekend we bought the place! Jarrod was able to replace it in a timely manner.  The pump ran into some significant issues again 18 months later and Jarrod has gone thorugh probably 12+ hours of work over 5-6 visits all to make things right. He was temporaily injured, referred me to another plumber who despite grabbing $1300 from me was unable to make the system work.  It took lots of trial and error, went through lots of parts, warranties, time, energy, anxiety, effort, and still the system was not working properly. Jarrod worked with Rusty at GC, who is also amazing, and after dozens of calls, weeks of back and forth, just continued to press forward and make this his mission to get this repaired. Jarrod's communication was excellent throughout, responsive, and now actually feel like we are friends.  I will never call another plumber again.  On top of all this, Jarrod did not charge me $1 for all his effort and work to make it right! I am stunned by his honesty, ethics, morals, and professionalism. Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! I can’t recommend Jarrod’s Plumbing highly enough. He came personally recommended by our local hardware store, and now I know why.
