I cannot say enough great things about Jarrod. I was introduced to Jarrod when I bought a place out on Lake Travis. We had a crazy scenario where the grinder pump went out the same weekend we bought the place! Jarrod was able to replace it in a timely manner. The pump ran into some significant issues again 18 months later and Jarrod has gone thorugh probably 12+ hours of work over 5-6 visits all to make things right. He was temporaily injured, referred me to another plumber who despite grabbing $1300 from me was unable to make the system work. It took lots of trial and error, went through lots of parts, warranties, time, energy, anxiety, effort, and still the system was not working properly. Jarrod worked with Rusty at GC, who is also amazing, and after dozens of calls, weeks of back and forth, just continued to press forward and make this his mission to get this repaired. Jarrod's communication was excellent throughout, responsive, and now actually feel like we are friends. I will never call another plumber again. On top of all this, Jarrod did not charge me $1 for all his effort and work to make it right! I am stunned by his honesty, ethics, morals, and professionalism. You will not go wrong with him, don't even need to get multiple quotes, as he is a Master Plumber and will get it right and do it for a fair price. Thank you so much Jarrod!!!!

Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! I can’t recommend Jarrod’s Plumbing highly enough. He came personally recommended by our local hardware store, and now I know why. We were in a stressful situation as our home was under contract, and the inspection revealed a potential plumbing issue just before our deadline. I called Jarrod the afternoon before the option deadline and to my surprise and relief, he was able to come out the very next morning. From start to finish, Jarrod was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly assessed the issue, handled it efficiently, and gave us peace of mind just when we needed it most. On top of that, his pricing was extremely fair—no upselling, no surprises. If you’re looking for a plumber who is responsive, honest, and truly dependable, Jarrod is your guy. Thanks again, Jarrod, for saving the day!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Service – A True Professional! I cannot say enough great things about Jarrod Bushong of Jarrod's Plumbing! From the moment I called, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Jarrod was prompt, courteous, and clearly passionate about his work. What really stood out was Jarrod's attention to detail and clear communication. He took the time to explain the issue, the repair process, and all my options—without pressure or upselling. The quality of the work was top-notch, and everything was cleaned up so well afterward, you’d never know he had been here (aside from everything working perfectly now!).
